Todd Elliott Hitt, et als, Defendants and Kiddar Herndon Station LLC,et als, Relief Defendants (hereinafter the “Receivership”) as applicable to the sale of real property, and the procedures for the sale of real property as may be adopted and amended from time to time by the Court (“Sales Procedures”), including any required approval of the Court.
