Carmine, III, C.L.S. on November 26, 1982 and entitled "Map of 2 Parcels of Land Surveyed for R.E. Holland in Columbia Dist. Fluvanna Co. Va." which plat was recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of said County on December 20, 1982 in Plat Book 1 at page 23, which plat is incorporated herein by reference. Tax Map Parcels 31A63A and 31A63.
INTEREST BEING SOLD: Debtor's one-third fee simple undivided real estate interest in the Property, which is currently owned of record by Russell E. Holland, Trustee for the benefit of Deborah Challen Holland under Trust Agreement between Myrtle M. Holland and Russel E. Holland dated December 31, 1986 ("the Trust"). As a vested beneficiary over forty years of age, under the terms of the Trust the Debtor has the right to sell her interest in the Property as a fee simple undivided real estate interest.
