The owner’s loan had matured so he needed to sell the property quickly. He had the property on the market for over one year with another commercial brokerage company that couldn't sell it. We believed that the missing link to this property was the lack of aerial and video photography. RealMarkets engaged a professional video firm to create a drone video that showed the strong location advantages of this property and the upside potential associated with the subdivision process.
