My Story

Starting in the real estate business in 1992, Stephen has had the opportunity to sell nearly every type of property you can sell. Whether it’s a large commercial property, luxury residential real estate or ranch land, Stephen has sold it before. Stephen has published over a dozen articles, ghost authored industry White Papers and has been a featured speaker at professional conferences.  Stephen is an expert in the sale of real estate for Bankruptcy Trustees, Receivers, Debtors, Attorneys and Short Sale Sellers. Stephen and the RealMarkets team is affiliated with CENTURY 21 New Millennium and CENTURY 21 Commercial New Millennium. 

Stephen has extensive experience as an owner and manager of residential and commercial real estate. He is a founding partner in DSP Real Estate Capital, a private equity firm that owns $130MM in multifamily communities and is supported nearly 250 accredited investors.
